You must list all requirements to ensure ultimate care & results, following any restrictions for any medical concerns necessary. Your personal information will not be shared, copied or sold to any corporation or person.
Your information will only be used to analyze your concerns, to treat you during your appointment, and to achieve the desired results.
You will fill out your JLE medical intake form and consultation form before the arrival of your appointment.
A mandatory $30 deposit fee must be made before booking your appointment. Any slot time after hours or off jluvessentials schedule will result in a non- refundable $50 fee.

Jluvessentials is a stress free, relaxation oasis to escape & achieve your desired skin goals.
Here at Jluvessentials: We do not tolerate religion, political, sexual orientation conversations during ANY appointment with JLE. This is to respect and ensure all parties during each appointment feel safe, accepted by one another.
(We all should acknowledge world conflicts & address personal transitions, due to Jluvessentials space being a stress-free and relaxation environment these types of conversations will not be permitted nor tolerated. )
-A mandatory $30 deposit fee must be made before booking your appointment. Any time slot outside of hours or off the Jluvessentials schedule will result in a non-refundable $50 fee.
-All client (s) must come with clean clothes, clean & pulled back hair. You must wear socks in the treatment room for sanitary purposes. No open-toed shoes. No hoodies, crewnecks accepted.
-No makeup or product on face before any treatment. (24 hrs)
-No jewelry or reflective wear on one's person. This might interfere with treatments. Could cause burns.

What treatment should I recieve?
Every client is different and unique in their own ways. from fitz type to reaction to treatment will vary on each client. A consultation form and Medical Intake form will be used to treat and target your concerns. Prior to booking your appointment read each treatment and choose what satisfy your concerns. A over-the-phone consultation will be made prior to your appointment, to ensure all parameters are met to satisfy and comply with treatment that is chosen.
Will my concerns be completely satisfied?
No instant results. Each treatment has their own regime for amounts of sessions required to achieve personal goals. Upkeep and pre-booking your sessions will help in getting you to your ultimate skin desired. Medical Aesthetics are a cosmetic enhancement. If proper maintenance for each treatment is not followed, your concerns may appear in the future.
Can I recieve multiple treatments a month?
Each treatment varies in frequency and recommended sessions. To ensure desired results following each treatment protocol is crucial.
Some treatments are able to coincide with one another, some may disturb the skin and natural healing processes.
Do I meet the requirements for this treatment?
Every treatment has a protocol to be followed & received. If you were wanting a specific treatment, ensuring all contraindication are not active & you are the proper fitz type to receive your desired treatment.

Jluvessentials has a consultation form to ensure the client understands all guidelines needed to have a smooth, pre-care & after-care for nail enhancemments.
Pre-care: Instructions
-Ensure that you have no foreign nails when you arrive for your appointment. There will be a $30 charge for removal of foreign nails.
-Please come in with socks and freshly cleaned clothes, due to sanitary purposes.
-Wash hands upon arrival. Hygiene is crucial for standard nail care, with having nails you must keep a nail routine for yourself to have ultimate retention.
-Use cuticle oil everyday to aid in retention.

-A mandatory $50 deposit paid 24 hrs prior to appointment. This ensures liability for any cancellations, past late policy, or no shows.
Jluvessentials prioritizes clientele & personal issues, if your reasonings are not communicated to me directly, prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
A no tolerance for verbal abuse, politcal or religious conversations to be had at Jluvessentials. This ensure all parties are comfortable and feel safe during and after the service/appointment.
Requirements:
Ensure you book the appropriate appointment for the service of your desire. Please choose which service/treatment you would like to receive through Jluvessentials booking sight.
No later than 15 minutes for JLE's Late Policy, if more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled & your deposit will be revoked.

Builder gel is used as a nail enhancement to your desires length. This service is strictly gel based products with the aid of a form.
SOFGEL
This is the ultimate service for anyone who wants the gel nail look, quicker appointment, nail enhancement. Sofgel is a gel tip extension that comes in variety shapes & sizes. This brand has specific sizings that are also used for JLE press-ons.
